
New to this summer we will be running our camps in three small groups as opposed to one large group. This will allow for better accommodation of all age and ability splits. Smaller groups also means more effective coaching and less time sharing equipment. We will be keeping our format of training in the morning and recreation in the afternoon. However we will now be able to offer three options for recreation every afternoon, ranging from swimming, biking, field games, to local hikes. Campers will be able to choose which activity they wish to join every afternoon.
Daily Schedule 8-8:30am- Drop off 8:30-9am- Warm up 9-10:30am- Training Block 1 10:30am- Snack 11-12:30pm- Training Block 2 12:30pm- Lunch 1-2:30pm- Training Block 3 2:30-3:30pm- Recreation 3:30-4pm- Pick up
